By day, I lead capital projects that shape cities. By heart, I’m a lifelong learner chasing growth, grit, and purpose. Grit Passion Mindset is my personal mission to share what I’ve learned and what I’m still learning, as I work to become a better man, husband, father, and leader.
I didn’t come from the health and wellness world. My background is in civil engineering and public infrastructure, where I’ve spent over 20 years leading high-impact projects across California and Texas. But behind the hard hat and spreadsheets, there’s always been a deeper journey, one that’s shaped by sports, struggle, and a relentless desire to grow.
Sports taught me grit. From football and baseball to golf, I’ve learned what it means to push through pain, stay disciplined, and show up when it’s hard. Those lessons didn’t just build muscle, they built mindset.
Struggle taught me humility. I’ve battled with weight and wellness for most of my life. It’s never been easy, and it’s still a work in progress. But every setback has taught me something valuable: how to get back up, how to stay accountable, and how to keep moving forward with grace and grit.
Growth is my passion. This platform is my way of staying accountable to my own goals while helping others do the same.
